3. Estimates, Pricing, and Promotions

Prices, discounts, and estimates shown on the Site or given before we see the job are for general information only and are not binding. Final pricing depends on the actual conditions and scope of the work. A price is binding only when it is stated in a written estimate or agreement we provide to you.

Promotions and discounts may have additional terms, expiration dates, and service-area limits, and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information, or submit a request for someone else without their permission
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or copy content or data from the Site using automated means, except for standard search engine indexing

• Upload viruses or other harmful code

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
